FAQS

FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS

Besides Peru, Chile, Brazil and Argentina, is there any other country in which you operate?

Yes, we can assist you with travel in Uruguay, through Alchemy DMC Argentina.

Is it safe to offer your guests South America?

Yes, it is. We plan trips carefully to ensure the wellbeing of every guest, and our experienced and professional guides welcome them with their own local insights and information, in order to minimize any exposure to situations that might involve risk. We invite (and constantly remind!) every guest to practice the usual travel safety precautions.

How can I manage emergencies with you?

Once your guests have been welcomed in our respective countries, you will have a special emergency phone number for each country they visit. Why? This avoids the need for any extra calls, so that any issues can be resolved in a quicker and more effective way.

What payment methods do you provide?

We accept bank transfers. Terms and conditions are supplied together with our formal booking proposals.

Do you offer international and domestic flights?

We can help you to design the best route for your journey. Bear in mind that better deals are usually available when purchasing international flights in the country of origin. In some cases, domestic flights can be purchased with the same airline (in those cases where internal routes are also offered). If not, we can provide support for the booking of flights.

Are general terms and conditions available?

You can access them by clicking here, and of course we will be here to answer any additional questions you may have.

Do you provide important information about each country?

We provide useful information for you and your guests for each destination. If you are not familiar with this region of the world, and if you are interested, we can also coordinate training sessions.
